Trolling for a parking spot in Lincoln Park today and what do I spy? An Opel 1900 ! The interior was trashed, but what a classic!

Yes, the current Regal is a direct descendant of the Opel 1900. If the '1900' (Ascona in Europe) was generation 1 the current Regal (Opel Insignia) is generation 7.
